Your tasks
- You are the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and assist with our web applications and other services.
- You handle and resolve product-specific customer inquiries via phone or through the Zendesk ticket system.
- You create detailed tickets for 3rd-level support in Jira.
- You advise our national and international new and existing customers on our product portfolio.
- You configure customer system accounts and interfaces, set up user roles, activate users, and much more.
- You assist in documenting and maintaining our applications, processes, user manuals, and training materials.
- Optionally, if interested: After gaining experience, you get involved in training or independently design and conduct online training sessions.
Your profile
- You have a commercial or technical vocational training - career changers from automotive or vehicle trade sector are also welcome.
- You are equally passionate about customer support and web-based IT topics.
- You work reliably and solution-oriented in a team, can think in a structured way, and enjoy helping others with their solutions.
- You enjoy interacting with people over the phone and your German language skills are fluent in both spoken and written form.
- Additional foreign languages are an advantage, as we operate in an international environment.
