With our dedicated team of 15 experts, we successfully advise and support our customers in the passenger car and commercial vehicle sectors with comprehensive web applications, such as a sales workspace. Innovative concepts and a clear customer focus are at the heart of what we do.

Your tasks

• You will handle incoming inquiries from our business customers (via phone or ticket) in a friendly and solution-oriented manner

• You will independently analyze support requests, document them systematically in the ticket system, and resolve them yourself whenever possible

• You will answer common questions about our web applications (e.g., usage, settings, user management, administration)

• You will forward more complex cases in a structured way to the appropriate departments

Your profile

• Ideally, initial experience in support, customer service, or with web-based applications

• A strong willingness to learn and enjoy delving into technical topics. Good technical understanding is beneficial, but not essential – more important is your curiosity and willingness to grow

• An independent and structured way of working

• Excellent German language skills (spoken and written), English skills are a plus
