Our customers from the passenger car and commercial vehicle sectors rely on our software solutions for the digital management, marketing, and presentation of their vehicles. Our well-coordinated team of 16 colleagues works in an agile and solution-oriented manner. With a high level of professional expertise, we are committed to noticeably relieving our customers, automating processes, and saving valuable time in their day-to-day operations.

Your tasks

• You organize and manage customer projects confidently using our project management platform

• You prioritize development tasks in close coordination with management, key account management, and the support team.

• You analyze development efforts, plan realistically, and keep an eye on development capacities.

• You create, maintain, and monitor detailed project plans – including milestones, resources, and time dependencies – and visualize them as a roadmap.

• You maintain close communication with the development team, ensure smooth collaboration, and keep deadlines in view.

• You prepare regular status reports on project progress – both internally and for customers.

Your profile

• Technical understanding, ideally with experience in the software or IT sector

• A quick grasp of new concepts and a passion for learning new topics

• Open and clear communication – internally and externally

• Project management experience, preferably in an interdisciplinary team

• A structured, solution-oriented approach and a strong sense of priorities

• Confident use of project management tools such as YouTrack, Jira, or similar
